Cancellation policy

Some items on dingdefend.com may be offered as a recurring or subscription purchase, such as subscriptions (shown on the product page under “Purchase options”). This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for those purchase options.

Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment method will be charged at the prices, frequency, and dates shown on the product page and at checkout, until your order is fulfilled, or you cancel.

How To Manage or Cancel a Subscription

You can manage your subscription by using the link in your order confirmation email or by visiting the Subscriptions area on the site.

Depending on what’s available for the item you subscribed to, you may be able to:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method

Cancellation Timing and Orders Already Processing

We begin processing orders after they are placed. If you want to cancel or change an upcoming subscription order, submit your request as soon as possible and before the next order is processed. Once an order has started processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

If an order has already shipped, returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy (see “Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges” below).

Pre-Orders

If we offer a pre-order, it means you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available item that is not ready to ship yet.

  • A pre-order may require full payment, partial payment, or an authorization at checkout
    (details will be shown at checkout).
  • You can request cancellation of a pre-order that has not been fulfilled.
  • If the pre-order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot

Try Before You Buy

If we offer a “try before you buy” option, we will authorize your payment method before
shipping and give you a set amount of time to decide whether to keep the item (the time period and terms will be shown at checkout).

If the item is not returned within the allowed time and condition requirements, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, including:

  • 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
  • Items must be unworn or unused and in original packaging
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval (banks may take additional time to post the refund)
