Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping option you select.

Where we ship

We ship to locations that are available for selection at checkout. If your address is not eligible, checkout will let you know before you can place the order.

Order processing

After you place an order, we begin processing it for shipment. Processing time can vary depending on order volume, product availability, and verification requirements.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when tracking is provided by the carrier).

Delivery timing

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and can be affected by  carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help if the order has not shipped yet, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started or a package is in transit.

Damaged items, wrong items, or shipment issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship it. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, including:

  • 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days afterapproval (banks may take additional time to post the refund)
